How we solved it
Designed a multistage academic editorial workflow: Author Manuscript Submission → Advisor Screening → Peer Review Assignment → Reviewer Scorecards → Revision Requests → Editorial Approval → Publication.
Implemented double-blind privacy mechanisms that automatically strip identifying metadata from manuscripts before routing to external peer reviewers.
