The wholesale distributor needed to protect tiered dealer pricing from public scrapers and retail competitors while streamlining order placement for 400+ authorized retail partners.
Dropshipping retailers were manually sending spreadsheets over email with their end-customer shipping details, resulting in frequent fulfillment delays and address formatting errors.
Managing credit balances, partial advance payments, and bulk multi-SKU orders was overwhelming the distributor accounting team.

How we solved it
Engineered an authenticated dealer portal: public visitors see product specifications and MOQ guidelines, while verified accounts log in to unlock dynamic wholesale price tiers.
Built a dedicated Dropshipping Order Engine allowing dealers to enter their customer delivery details, automatically generating branded white-label packing slips and dispatch labels.
Implemented bulk CSV spreadsheet order uploads, instant SKU barcode search, and real-time dealer credit ledger tracking.
