The problem
What was broken before we arrived
Managing daily menus and food availability across multiple branch locations required manual coordination between kitchen staff and front-desk managers, leading to out-of-stock ordering errors.
Traditional restaurant websites felt clunky on mobile devices, lacking the fluid bottom-navigation feel of modern mobile apps that diners expect when browsing menus on their phones.
Table reservations, guest book reviews, and food photography galleries were scattered across social media channels without a single centralized dashboard for the management team.

How we solved it
Engineered a native app-inspired mobile interface featuring a thumb-friendly bottom navigation bar (Home, Gallery, floating Menu, About, Contact) with instant category filtering.
Built an all-in-one Super Admin dashboard allowing restaurant operators to manage food items, prices in BDT (৳), menu categories, photo galleries, and branch-specific item availability.
Implemented a streamlined online table reservation system with guest count, dining date/time selection, and customer phone tracking for zero double-booking confusion.
